About the Role

As Site Lead for guarding operations at our Kissimmee location, you'll oversee daily security activities, respond to incidents, and ensure all protocols meet Prosegur's rigorous standards. This role combines hands-on security work with supervisory responsibility, making you both a subject-matter expert and a leader your team can trust.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise security personnel assigned to the site, ensuring consistent coverage and professional conduct
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify vulnerabilities and maintain visible deterrence
• Monitor access points, manage visitor entry and exit, and maintain comprehensive visitor logs
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations; document and report findings
• Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding site security status and any concerns
• Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring team compliance with Prosegur standards and applicable regulations
• Train and mentor security officers on proper protocols and best practices
