Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening through interviewing and selection.
• Guide candidates and new hires through a smooth onboarding experience.
• Support employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Coordinate HR processes across the full employee life cycle.
• Handle general HR administration to keep day-to-day operations running effectively.

Qualifications

• Background in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle hiring and source qualified candidates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with applicants, new hires, and employees.
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to onboarding and HR administration.
• Comfortable supporting employee relations and multiple HR processes at once.
