Assistant Account Manager – Parking Operations

Propark Mobility is hiring an Assistant Account Manager for Parking Operations at our Newburgh Heights location in Cuyahoga County. This full-time position offers an annual salary of $45,000–$50,000, based on your background and experience.

What This Role Involves

As an Assistant Account Manager in parking operations, you'll support the management and coordination of our parking facilities and fleet operations. This is an on-site role where you'll gain hands-on experience across all operational aspects of a dynamic parking and mobility company.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shuttle fleet operations to ensure reliable service delivery
• Support account management activities and customer service initiatives
• Assist with facility maintenance and operational scheduling
• Help track vehicle maintenance records and fleet performance
• Respond to operational issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all operations

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
• Valid driver's license
