About the Role

As a Trimmer Climber, you'll perform essential tree maintenance and removal work to ensure clear, safe right-of-ways for utilities and infrastructure. Working at heights and on the ground, you'll partner with crew members to deliver quality results safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Trim and remove tree branches, sections, and entire trees using proper climbing and safety techniques
• Operate, maintain, and service chainsaws, climbing equipment, hand tools, and power tools
• Inspect trees and vegetation for hazards, disease, and structural issues
• Haul, chip, and dispose of debris in accordance with environmental and company standards
• Work as part of a crew to coordinate trimming operations and safety protocols
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures while working at heights and in challenging terrain
• Communicate clearly with crew leads and ground personnel during operations

What We're Looking For

• Physical fitness and strength to safely climb, carry, and manipulate heavy tools and materials
• Ability to work at significant heights without fear and with full attention to safety
• Experience operating chainsaws, power tools, and climbing equipment (training provided for candidates without prior experience)
• Genuine commitment to safety and willingness to follow all protocols and wear required PPE
• Teamwork mentality and strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early starts and occasional overtime
