About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you'll join a dynamic healthcare team providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients across diverse conditions and age groups. This full-time position runs days, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per shift, starting July 13, 2026. You'll deliver direct patient care, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to measurable patient outcomes in a collaborative clinical environment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments to establish baseline function and treatment goals
• Design and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient needs
• Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modality application
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and discharge planning
• Maintain professional standards and stay current with evidence-based best practices

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted Connecticut PT license (or equivalent with reciprocity)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
