What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients' functional abilities, strength, range of motion, and mobility to establish individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams — physicians, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and case managers — to coordinate patient care
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and billing information accurately and in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe functional mobility
  • Adapt treatment approaches to meet the diverse needs of the patient caseload throughout the duration of the assignment

What We're Looking For

  • Current, active Physical Therapist license valid in North Dakota (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (DPT or MPT)
  • Previous travel therapy experience is a plus, though not required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills across a broad patient population
  • Ability to hit the ground running in a new facility environment with minimal orientation time
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable with the rotating schedule structure of this assignment
  • Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification and all required health clearances
