Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Care for patients requiring medical or surgical care in a hospital setting.
- Assess patient needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities, progress notes, and other relevant information accurately.
- Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg Neuro experience required.
- Nursing license valid in the state of Illinois.
- Current BLS certification.
- Possession of a travel nursing certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 12-hour days.
