The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Travel Med Surg/Telemetry RN to join our team at Focus Staff in Rock Island, Illinois. This is a 13-week assignment with a commitment of 36 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients in the Med Surg and Telemetry units
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring all clinical practices are up to standard
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care transitions
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidentiality of patient information
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS preferred but not mandatory
- Minimum 1 year experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including potential night and weekend hours
