What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care on a medical/surgical unit
- Assess and monitor patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and assist with medical procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support patient recovery
- Advocate for patient safety and comfort throughout their care
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid RN license in good standing
- Hands-on experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Adaptability and flexibility in new healthcare environments
- Strong clinical assessment and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based patient care and safety standards
- Availability to begin September 8, 2025
