Join Aequor on a full-time travel Interventional Radiology assignment based in Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL. This is a 13-week contract opportunity scheduled to begin as soon as possible, offering competitive weekly pay of $2,620. You'll work a consistent daytime schedule of five 10-hour shifts each week, supporting a busy radiology team and contributing your specialized imaging expertise to high-quality patient care across the Tampa area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during minimally invasive, image-guided interventional radiology procedures.
- Operate and monitor fluoroscopy and related imaging equipment to capture clear, diagnostic-quality images.
- Prepare patients for procedures, confirm safety protocols, and provide attentive support throughout each case.
- Maintain a sterile field and ensure instruments and supplies are ready for the IR team.
- Document procedural details accurately and follow established facility and radiation-safety standards.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in Interventional Radiology in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Current, valid licensure and certifications required to practice as an IR technologist in Florida.
- Availability to commit to the full 13-week assignment working day shifts, five 10-hour days per week.
- Willingness to relocate to or travel within Tampa, FL for the duration of the contract.
