About the Position

Aequor is recruiting an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Saint Louis, MO. You'll work 12-hour day shifts at a healthcare facility in the region, starting as soon as possible. This temporary full-time role is ideal for travel healthcare professionals ready to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced medical imaging environment.

What You'll Do

  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment while adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory standards
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and explain MRI processes to ensure comfort and compliance
  • Position patients correctly and adjust imaging parameters to capture high-quality diagnostic images
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond appropriately to patient needs during procedures
  • Maintain detailed and accurate imaging records and documentation
  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensure MRI suite cleanliness, equipment functionality, and safety standards

What We're Looking For

  • Current MRI Technologist certification (ARRT or equivalent state licensure)
  • Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment in healthcare settings
  • Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clinical teams
  • Physical ability to safely lift and position patients
  • Valid government-issued ID and willingness to pass background screening
  • Flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts
