About the Role

We're hiring a dedicated Catheterization Laboratory Technician to join a healthcare facility in the Sarasota and Manatee County area. You'll work day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 40 hours per week, on a 13-week contract beginning July 29, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a travel healthcare professional seeking structured, predictable hours in a dynamic clinical environment.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain all equipment and supplies in the catheterization lab
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure comfort throughout procedures
• Sterilize and manage instruments according to strict protocol
• Document all procedural details and maintain accurate patient records
• Respond quickly to emergency situations and code situations
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current Cath Lab Technician certification or equivalent credentials
• Active license to practice in Florida
• Professional catheterization lab experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced medical setting
