Trainee Projektmanagement (Quereinstieg möglich) (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a rapidly growing digital marketing agency in Hamburg seeking a Project Management Trainee. In this role, you will serve as the vital connection between agency clients and the internal marketing team, organizing customer projects and coordinating deliverables across departments.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining relationships with established clients in various industries
• Capturing client requirements and developing marketing strategy proposals
• Planning and coordinating online marketing campaigns internally, delegating tasks to appropriate team members
• Conducting strategy planning sessions with new clients to ensure successful project launches
• Leading regular feedback meetings with clients to review campaign performance and partnership progress
• Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email
• Managing email support for incoming requests from existing clients
• Ensuring and continuously improving client satisfaction levels

This is an excellent opportunity for career changers—no prior experience in project management, social media, or marketing is required. Our comprehensive onboarding program (typically 2-4 months) will provide all the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in this position.
