You'll work on high-impact engagements that shape the future of toll collection, payment systems, and customer experience for public agencies and private operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business and operational assessments for tolling authorities and toll system operators
• Develop strategic recommendations addressing revenue optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
• Lead consulting engagements supporting toll collection modernization, integrated payment systems, and technology transformation
• Engage stakeholders across public sector, toll authority leadership, and technology functions to ensure strategy alignment and successful implementation
• Support project execution including planning, implementation oversight, and organizational change management

What You Bring

• Professional experience in management consulting, business strategy, or operations, preferably in transportation, utilities, or public sector
