About the Role

As a Test Center Administrator, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our Salem test center, ensuring every candidate receives an excellent testing experience in a secure, compliant environment. You'll be the backbone of our testing facility, handling everything from candidate check-in to test administration protocols.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and process candidates through check-in procedures, verifying identification and eligibility
• Prepare and maintain secure testing stations, ensuring all equipment functions properly
• Enforce testing protocols and security procedures to maintain exam integrity
• Proctor examinations, providing clear instructions and monitoring the testing environment
• Manage candidate schedules and coordinate with test takers regarding arrival times and procedures
• Troubleshoot technical issues and assist candidates with technology-related concerns during testing
• Maintain detailed records of tests administered and candidate information
• Clean and organize testing areas between sessions
• Support the test center manager with administrative tasks and documentation
