About the Role

As a Wastewater Treatment Technician, you'll become a core member of our facilities operations team, responsible for the daily management and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plant. Your work ensures that every system operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with environmental regulations. You'll combine hands-on technical skills with attention to detail, contributing directly to environmental protection and public health.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor wastewater treatment equipment and processes throughout daily operations
• Perform routine maintenance on plant machinery, controls, and distribution systems
• Collect and analyze water samples, recording data and maintaining detailed operational logs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime
• Support facility-wide maintenance initiatives and assist other operations teams as needed
• Follow strict safety and environmental compliance protocols at all times
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and document all maintenance activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in wastewater treatment operations or similar facility maintenance environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical problems
• Familiarity with water quality testing and basic chemistry principles
