About the Role

As a Technician III in Industrial Water Treatment, you'll provide technical support and sales guidance that directly impact customer profitability and satisfaction. You'll work with assigned accounts to strengthen our market presence, troubleshoot challenges, and identify ways to enhance operational efficiency. This position combines hands-on technical knowledge with customer relationship building.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate customer facilities and design water treatment solutions that meet their specific operational needs
• Recommend and implement treatment applications using industry-standard methodologies and chemical management practices
• Support business growth by deepening existing customer relationships and identifying expansion opportunities within assigned territories
• Conduct regular account reviews to ensure treatment objectives are met and system performance is optimized
• Provide technical consultation during sales calls and customer site visits
• Document treatment plans and maintain comprehensive technical records for all accounts
• Address customer concerns and troubleshoot process issues with practical, timely solutions

What We're Looking For

• Solid background in water treatment, chemical application, or industrial operations
• Technical knowledge of water chemistry and treatment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first approach
• Ability to analyze problems analytically and recommend sound solutions
• Organized, detail-oriented approach to documentation and account management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular customer visits in the Sioux Falls area
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or water treatment-related training preferred
