Accenture is hiring a Content Automation and GenAI - Consulting and Delivery Manager to lead the design and deployment of generative AI and content automation solutions in Saint Bernard, Hamilton County. This is a full-time role where you'll guide client engagements from strategy through execution, building competitive advantage through intelligent content systems and emerging AI capabilities.
About the Role
As a Consulting and Delivery Manager in our Content Automation and GenAI practice, you'll partner with enterprise clients to solve complex content challenges through automation and artificial intelligence. Within Accenture Song — our growth, experience, and marketing transformation division — you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring that AI-powered content solutions deliver measurable business impact. You'll lead engagements across ideation, platform architecture, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end client engagements focused on content automation and generative AI strategy and delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes
- Assess client needs and design scalable solutions that integrate content platforms, automation systems, and AI capabilities
- Guide clients through technology selection, implementation, and change management
- Collaborate with creative, media, and marketing specialists to align content automation with campaign and channel strategy
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and adapt delivery approaches to meet evolving client goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on generative AI and content innovation
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a consulting manager, delivery manager, or engagement lead in technology, marketing, or business transformation
- Demonstrated knowledge of generative AI capabilities, use cases, and business applications
- Familiarity with content platforms, marketing automation, and digital workflow systems
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills across client and internal teams
- Project and program management expertise; comfort with agile and traditional delivery methodologies
- Strategic thinking combined with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
