Technical Staffing Recruiter – Colorado Springs

As a Technical Staffing Recruiter at TEKsystems in Colorado Springs, you'll operate at the intersection of technology and talent, driving the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical professionals. What You'll Do

• Source, identify, and engage qualified technical candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct in-depth candidate screens to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural alignment
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals across disciplines such as software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data
• Partner closely with account managers and clients to understand open requisitions and hiring priorities
• Guide candidates through the interview and placement process, serving as their primary point of contact
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline status, and placement metrics in an ATS or CRM platform
• Develop long-term relationships with both active and passive candidates to support future hiring needs

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, or a customer-facing role strongly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can engage confidently with both candidates and hiring managers
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach
• Familiarity with technical roles or IT terminology is a plus, but not required — a willingness to learn is essential
• Bachelor's degree preferred
