Regional Manager

Indus Administrative Services is hiring a full-time Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities from our Jeanetta location in Houston, Texas. This is an on-site leadership opportunity for a results-driven property management professional ready to make a measurable impact.

About the Role

As Regional Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations across multiple apartment communities in the Houston market, partnering with on-site teams to drive occupancy, resident satisfaction, and asset performance. The position blends strategic oversight with hands-on management, making it ideal for someone who thrives on accountability and operational excellence within the Class B and C property space.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance of a regional portfolio of multifamily properties throughout Houston.
• Guide, coach, and develop community managers and on-site staff to meet operational targets.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and revenue while controlling operating expenses.
• Support renovation and restoration initiatives that improve and reposition distressed assets.
• Ensure each community upholds compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Report on property performance and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multifamily or residential property management, ideally at a multi-site or regional level.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage dispersed teams.
• Solid understanding of leasing, budgeting, and property operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Jeanetta, Houston area (this role is not remote).
