Technical Staffing Recruiter – Lincoln

TEKsystems is seeking a Technical Staffing Recruiter to join our team in State House, Lancaster County on a full‑time basis.

About the Role

In this position you will partner with hiring managers to identify technology talent needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client projects.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create targeted sourcing plans.
• Identify and engage passive and active candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and internal talent databases.
• Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess technical fit for positions spanning infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and more.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback to candidates, and facilitate offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate and requisition records in the applicant tracking system.
• Develop lasting relationships with both clients and talent to drive repeat business and referrals.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a technical recruiter or staffing specialist, ideally within an IT services or consulting firm.
• Proven ability to source and engage passive talent using Boolean search, LinkedIn, and industry‑specific forums.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with common technology domains such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and software engineering to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to track activity and report on key metrics.
• A results‑driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding placement goals.
• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
