What You'll Do
- Enroll and screen eligible patients for active radiation oncology clinical trials, explaining study protocols and obtaining informed consent
- Maintain detailed study documentation, including case report forms, adverse event reports, and participant records, in full compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and institutional review board requirements
- Coordinate patient visits, appointments, and follow-up communications to ensure protocol adherence and minimize study dropouts
- Collect, verify, and manage clinical data with precision, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data integrity for regulatory submission
- Collaborate with oncologists, research staff, and institutional committees to support protocol implementation and troubleshoot enrollment challenges
- Monitor patient safety and adverse events, reporting findings promptly to the principal investigator and appropriate oversight bodies
- Track regulatory documentation, maintain study files, and prepare reports for IRB and sponsor audits
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional healthcare experience in clinical research or medical settings
- Knowledge of clinical research standards, GCP guidelines, and human subjects protections
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple studies or patient cohorts simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and regulatory personnel
