About the Role

As Clinical Research Coordinator for Radiation Oncology, you'll serve as a critical link between patients, research teams, and clinical operations. You'll manage the day-to-day logistics of cancer research trials, ensure regulatory compliance, and help coordinate care for patients enrolled in groundbreaking radiation oncology studies. What You'll Do

  • Enroll and screen eligible patients for active radiation oncology clinical trials, explaining study protocols and obtaining informed consent
  • Maintain detailed study documentation, including case report forms, adverse event reports, and participant records, in full compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and institutional review board requirements
  • Coordinate patient visits, appointments, and follow-up communications to ensure protocol adherence and minimize study dropouts
  • Collect, verify, and manage clinical data with precision, identifying discrepancies and ensuring data integrity for regulatory submission
  • Collaborate with oncologists, research staff, and institutional committees to support protocol implementation and troubleshoot enrollment challenges
  • Monitor patient safety and adverse events, reporting findings promptly to the principal investigator and appropriate oversight bodies
  • Track regulatory documentation, maintain study files, and prepare reports for IRB and sponsor audits

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional healthcare experience in clinical research or medical settings
  • Knowledge of clinical research standards, GCP guidelines, and human subjects protections
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple studies or patient cohorts simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with patients, physicians, and regulatory personnel
