About the Role

What You'll Do
- Assist residents with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation for residents with varying care needs

- Maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living environments
- Provide specialized support to residents with memory loss and cognitive decline
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate resident services
- Document care activities and assist with daily care processes
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification, or willingness to obtain certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical capability to safely assist residents with transfers and mobility
- Genuine compassion for aging adults and commitment to person-centered care
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
