Position Summary

As the Technical Designer-Women's Knits & Woven based at Corporate - Seattle,WA, you will partner closely with design and production partners to develop accurate specifications for knit and woven women's styles. The position ensures that every garment meets fit, construction, and quality standards while supporting efficient manufacturing. Your Responsibilities

• Create complete tech packs that include measurements, construction details, materials, and bill of materials for women's knits and wovens
• Lead fit sessions, evaluate samples, and document adjustments to refine silhouette and performance
• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and overseas vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain brand standards
• Maintain graded measurement charts and construction sheets across seasonal developments
• Review pre-production and production samples for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and fabric performance
• Support pattern and marker development while ensuring technical packages remain clear and actionable for factories

What You Bring

• Proven background as a technical designer working on women's knits and woven apparel
• Strong command of garment construction, fabric properties, and fit principles across knit and woven categories
• Experience writing detailed specification packages and managing sample manuscript workflows
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, measurement charts, and PLM or product data systems
• Excellent communication skills for guiding vendors and internal stakeholders through technical comments
• Ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
