About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to be part of a brand-new K-12 campus launch in Jersey City. As a founding educator, you'll help establish the culture, instructional practices, and collaborative environment that will define our school from day one. This full-time position offers the chance to shape education at scale within a network committed to closing achievement gaps and preparing all students for college and career success.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction responsive to student learning needs
• Build a safe, organized classroom where all students feel valued and supported
• Use formative and summative data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Collaborate with colleagues across the school to strengthen teaching and learning
• Communicate regularly with families about student progress and partnership opportunities
• Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives
• Contribute to a school culture focused on excellence, equity, and continuous growth
