About the Role

As a Handyman Technician based on-site at our Antlers Park community in Dakota County, you'll be the go-to problem solver for day-to-day repairs and upkeep. This is an in-person, full-time position ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants meaningful work supporting Dominium's mission to expand access to affordable housing.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete routine maintenance and general repairs across apartment units, common areas, and building systems
• Respond promptly to resident service requests and resolve issues efficiently
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and appliance fixes as needed
• Support unit turnovers to prepare homes for incoming residents
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property
• Identify potential problems early and communicate them to the maintenance team

Qualifications

• Practical, hands-on experience with general maintenance or building repairs
• Working knowledge of common repair trades such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
• Reliability, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude toward residents
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize urgent requests
• Willingness to work on-site at the Antlers Park community in Dakota County
