Role Overview

In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in fostering a nurturing environment where children can grow and thrive. Your primary focus will be to support the educational and developmental needs of children in our childcare program.

What You'll Do

• Create engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood development milestones.
• Supervise and participate in daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain consistent communication with parents.
• Educate children on basic life skills, including hygiene, social interaction, and self-expression.
• Conduct regular assessments to track each child’s progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

What You Bring

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications such as CDA (Child Development Associate) are preferred but not required.
• Proven experience working with children in a childcare setting, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages learning and growth.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
