The Opportunity
At Artera, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. As a GTM Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across all levels of the organization. This position is full-time, on-site, based in Santa Barbara, California.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within Artera.
- Source and screen potential candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide timely feedback on the recruitment process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A passion for healthcare technology and a commitment to improving patient care experiences.
