• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to determine fit for open positions
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners in the recruitment industry
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations

• Proven experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike
• Adept at using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
