About This Position

Cargill is seeking a highly skilled APAC Regional Talent Acquisition Director to join our team. As the leader of the talent acquisition function for manufacturing and supply chain roles across Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for driving strategies that ensure we attract top-tier candidates who can contribute significantly to our global operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to the needs of Cargill's manufacturing and supply chain divisions in APAC.
• Create a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and align them with our talent acquisition goals.
• Lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment campaigns that enhance Cargill's employer brand in key markets.
• Evaluate and improve existing recruitment tools and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing or supply chain sector.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing teams responsible for recruitment processes.
• Strong understanding of APAC labor markets and regulations related to employment practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A proven track record of delivering results through strategic planning and execution.
