Responsibilities
- To manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- To act as a single point of contact for all TA-related queries within the designated region/city.
- To develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders.
- To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
