About the Role
As Youngest Camper Counselor Lead at our Walnut Creek campus, you'll lead a dedicated counseling team supporting campers in the youngest age group. You'll work full-time from June 8 through July 31, 2026, with shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm (exact hours vary by assignment). Your leadership will create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where young campers build confidence, friendships, and lasting memories.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and mentor a team of counselors working with our youngest campers
- Plan, lead, and facilitate daily camp activities aligned with our programming philosophy
- Ensure camper safety, wellness, and emotional support throughout the day
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding camper progress and experiences
- Collaborate with leadership staff to address challenges and improve camp operations
- Participate in setup and breakdown weekends, plus required orientation sessions
- Adapt activities to meet the developmental needs of young campers

Compensation
This position offers an hourly wage of $23.00 to $25.50 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
