Looking for a Subway Team Member position? Road Ranger LLC is hiring a part‑time associate at its Teague, Freestone County location to support daily food service and customer hospitality.

About the Role

This role focuses on preparing fresh sandwiches, salads, and snacks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for travelers. You will work closely with a small team to ensure food safety standards are met and guests receive prompt, friendly service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare made‑to‑order subs, wraps, and salads according to recipe cards and customer preferences.
• Toast bread, assemble toppings, and wrap items for quick service.
• Stock ingredients, condiments, and packaging supplies throughout the shift.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately, handling cash and electronic payments.
• Perform routine cleaning of work surfaces, equipment, and dining areas to meet health codes.
• Monitor food freshness, rotate stock, and discard items past their hold time.
• Assist with opening or closing procedures, including cash drawer balancing and security checks.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in fast‑food, coffee shop, or convenience store settings is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion guidelines consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for greeting travelers and addressing inquiries.
• Basic math aptitude for handling transactions and making change.
• Comfort standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Commitment to maintaining a tidy workspace and adhering to company safety policies.
