About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its operations across Asia. This is a high-impact Strategy & Operations Lead role based in China, working with core teams on critical initiatives spanning engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development.

This remote position requires candidates already based in China. Strong English communication is essential, as it serves as the primary working language across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business with direct impact on company growth
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from strategic planning through execution and delivery
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to inform strategic direction
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve how the business runs
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
