The role of an experienced HR Generalist at Pasona involves leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Responsibilities include managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding through to termination, handling employee relations, providing advisory support for management, and ensuring compliance in payroll governance within a manufacturing/industrial context.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 7 years of broad HR generalist experience, with a proven track record in managing the entire employee lifecycle. Strong skills in recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, advisory support for management, and payroll governance are essential. A deep understanding of manufacturing/industrial context is preferred.
