The Opportunity
DHL Supply Chain, a leading logistics company operating globally with over 350,000 employees, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our regional office in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As the HRBP, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions and supporting business growth through strategic human resource initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Develop and implement talent management programs including succession planning and performance management
- Drive organizational development and culture enhancement initiatives
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and DHL policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a regional or international setting
- Strong knowledge of Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) labor laws and regulations
- Proven track record in talent management, performance evaluation, and succession planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
