About This Position
The People Team Business Partner (PTBP) supports the alignment of business objectives with employees and leadership across designated teams. This role serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day people team operations.
What You'll Do
- Align business strategies with HR initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring compliance and consistency across teams
- Facilitate open communication between leadership and employees to address concerns and foster a positive work environment
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and coaching
- Handle employee relations issues in a fair and impartial manner, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that drive business success
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with performance management systems and employee relations best practices
- Adept at providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
