Position Summary

The Associate HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting human resources strategies and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance. This position is integral to the success of our team at C&S Wholesale Grocers, Inc.

What You'll Do

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies accordingly
• Develop and implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment
• Support the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization
• Administer and manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and regulations

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within a business partner role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience in employee engagement programs and performance management systems
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and labor laws
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
