What This Role Involves

The role of Group Finance Business Partner is a highly commercial position that offers the opportunity to work closely with senior operational leaders and the wider leadership team. You will provide financial insight, analysis, and challenge to support business performance. The successful candidate will be involved in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide financial insights and analysis to senior operational leaders and the wider leadership team
• Support the development of strategic plans and budgets
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Contribute to the identification and implementation of cost-saving measures
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive business performance improvement initiatives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant degree in Finance or a related field
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is desirable but not essential
• At least 5 years of experience in finance within a business partnering role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
