Role Overview

As a Senior Business Partner - Sales - Property, you'll play a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing the customer experience within our Property division.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for Trade Me Property.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer service to ensure seamless integration of sales initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies and improve performance metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property agents, buyers, and sellers.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- A proven track record in sales management or a related field with at least 5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of the property market, including current trends and regulatory changes.
- The ability to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals.
