About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management across the organisation, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration in a potentially unionised environment. This role involves guiding adherence to the Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) Employment Act, overseeing payroll review and performance development, and providing HR advisory support to management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts ensuring alignment with business needs and organisational values
• Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation
• Oversee employee lifecycle management including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning
• Ensure compliance with Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) Employment Act and other relevant regulations
• Provide HR advisory support to senior management to drive strategic initiatives
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a positive work environment

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably within an organisational setting that includes roles such as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of the Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) Employment Act and other relevant labour laws
• Ability to provide strategic advice to senior leadership on HR-related matters
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
