Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Partner to join our growing team in India (nationwide) (nationwide). As a key member of the organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and employee experience across multiple business units within Warner Bros. Discovery.

Core Duties

• Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and support the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
• Facilitate training programs and workshops aimed at developing leadership skills and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the entertainment industry or a multinational corporation.
• Proven track record in driving culture change and improving employee engagement metrics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
• Experienced in managing complex HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
• A deep understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to India (nationwide) (nationwide).
