Idmworks is hiring a Channel Partner - East for a full-time remote USA role focused on building and growing high-value vendor alliances that expand market reach and customer access.

About the Role

As Channel Partner - East at Idmworks, you will own the strategy and day-to-day health of channel relationships with key vendor partners across the eastern United States. This remote USA position centers on strengthening partner-enabled selling, aligning joint go-to-market activity, and converting partner collaboration into measurable revenue growth and a larger customer footprint in both new and established segments. You will act as the primary connector between Idmworks and its vendor ecosystem, ensuring partners deliver stronger outcomes for shared customers while opening fresh opportunities through coordinated programs and continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and expand channel partnerships that drive revenue and grow the customer base in targeted eastern markets and adjacent segments
  • Design and maintain practical partner strategies, tools, and processes that win new relationships and deepen existing ones alongside vendor partners
  • Collaborate closely with vendor partners to improve customer service by applying their specialized expertise and resources
  • Partner with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners
  • Keep partner activity aligned with company priorities, maximize joint performance, and actively manage and scale established alliances
  • Track and improve results through expanded partner networks, higher revenue contribution, and customer acquisition generated via vendor channels

  • Comfort owning revenue, network expansion, and customer-acquisition goals delivered through channel ecosystems

As the Channel Partner, you will work closely with our vendor partners to enhance customer service by leveraging their partner’s expertise and resources. Candidate is responsible for successfully owning and establishing channel partnerships, driving revenue and increasing the customer base in new or existing segments. The Channel Partner develops and maintains strategies, tools, and processes to win and expand relationships within the target market and working with our vendor partners.

In this role, you will utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain successful partnerships with our vendor partners. You will also use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and optimize our partner programs. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and onboard new partners, ensure alignment and maximize partner performance, as well as manage and grow existing partnerships. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to increase revenue, expand our partner network, and drive customer acquisition through our vendor partners.
