Key Responsibilities Own and expand channel partnerships that drive revenue and grow the customer base in targeted eastern markets and adjacent segments Design and maintain practical partner strategies, tools, and processes that win new relationships and deepen existing ones alongside vendor partners Collaborate closely with vendor partners to improve customer service by applying their specialized expertise and resources Partner with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners Keep partner activity aligned with company priorities, maximize joint performance, and actively manage and scale established alliances Track and improve results through expanded partner networks, higher revenue contribution, and customer acquisition generated via vendor channels What You Bring Proven ability to establish and sustain successful vendor and channel partnerships Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills that create lasting partner trust Analytical and problem-solving capability to surface gaps and refine partner programs for better outcomes Experience coordinating with sales, marketing, and product groups to launch partners and drive joint success Comfort owning revenue, network expansion, and customer-acquisition goals delivered through channel ecosystems Working at Idmworks Idmworks is an award-winning identity and access management (IAM) solutions firm founded in 2004 and dedicated exclusively to helping organizations manage, secure, and scale employee and customer access to systems, data, and applications.
