Position Summary

SHEIN is seeking a Director/Senior Director of Government Relations to lead policy and regulatory engagement across EMEA from Brussels, London, Paris, or Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). You will shape public policy positions, build influential networks, and drive strategic stakeholder collaborations to support SHEIN’s market access and growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Shape public policy positions and strategies for the EMEA region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key government officials, policymakers, and industry stakeholders
  • Develop and implement effective advocacy campaigns to support SHEIN’s business objectives
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, ESG, and other teams to ensure alignment on policy positions
  • Monitor regulatory changes and provide timely updates to the organization
  • Represent SHEIN in public forums and industry events

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in government affairs or related fields, with a focus on EMEA
  • Demonstrated success in shaping policy positions and driving stakeholder engagement
  • Strong network within the EMEA region, particularly in Brussels, London, Paris, and other key cities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with government officials and policymakers
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
