The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Aftermarket Planning & SIOP to lead the transformation of global aftermarket planning capability and standardize planning processes across sites. This role is pivotal in driving demand planning, inventory optimization, RCCP, and executive SIOP. You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and overall operational efficiency.

Core Duties

• Transform global aftermarket planning capability by implementing best practices and tools
• Standardize planning processes across all sites to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Drive demand planning and inventory optimization strategies that align with business objectives
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to improve forecast accuracy and service levels
• Manage RCCP (Rapid Change Control Process) initiatives to support quick response to market changes
• Lead the executive SIOP process for strategic planning and alignment across functions

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in aftermarket planning, demand management, or related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in transforming and standardizing planning processes across multiple sites
• Strong understanding of RCCP and SIOP methodologies
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment within large organizations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
