Position Summary

The Director, Health & Safety APEC at PVH is a pivotal role within our organization. This position will oversee the health and safety programs across all of our operations in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety policies that align with international standards.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain APEC-wide health and safety programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification for all operations in the APEC region.
• Oversee training programs for employees on health and safety practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistent application of health and safety protocols across all sites.
• Monitor and report on health and safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in health and safety management with a proven track record in developing and executing successful programs.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive change within an organization.
• Demonstrated knowledge of international health and safety standards, including OSHA, ISO 45001, and other relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management and employees.
