About This Position

A Health and Safety Coordinator position is available with a leading multi-national Hard/Technical Facilities Management company. You will support the Health and Safety Director and wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks, manage specialist safety systems, and assist with new contract mobilisations. Some travel between UK offices and sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Health and Safety Director in various administrative tasks
• Managing health and safety specialist safety systems
• Assisting with new contract mobilisations
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting risk assessments and hazard identification
• Maintaining accurate records of health and safety activities

Qualifications

• A degree or relevant qualification in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in a similar role within the facilities management sector is advantageous
• Familiarity with health and safety legislation and regulations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
