Strategic Customer Success Manager – Spanish Speaking

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization in Europe for a Strategic Customer Success Manager - Spanish Speaking role. Our talent team is seeking an energetic, client-focused professional who will drive customer success and growth for enterprise accounts across Spanish-speaking markets in Europe.

This is a remote position based in Europe, ideal for someone who wants to expand their career with a fast-growing software company transforming how organizations communicate through innovative technology.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients, focusing on Spanish accounts across Europe
• Drive client retention and growth by ensuring customers realize measurable ROI and value from the platform
• Successfully onboard new enterprise clients and establish key relationships during the critical first months and beyond
• Manage a book of business with clear KPIs, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Coordinate and lead regular client check-ins with senior stakeholder attendance, producing clear outcomes on account health and growth opportunities
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities within your portfolio
• Engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple organizational levels, including C-suite executives
• Work closely with sales teams to create cohesive onboarding experiences for new users
• Educate clients on new approaches to content creation and adoption strategies

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management, Client Service, Account Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation, or similar roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
• Proven experience managing a book of business with associated KPIs
• Track record of managing risk, forecasting, and identifying growth opportunities
• Demonstrated ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with enterprise clients
• Experience successfully onboarding new clients and building key relationships
• Comfortable engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives
• Strong outcomes-focused mindset with ownership mentality
• Based in Europe with ability to work remotely
• Light video editing experience is a plus
