Role Overview

Unison Networks Careers is seeking a seasoned STMS Field Leader to join our Civils team in Rotorua. As part of one of New Zealand's largest electricity distribution businesses, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and high-quality outcomes while supporting a sustainable energy future within the strong regional focus areas of Hawke's Bay, Taupō, Rotorua, and Tauranga.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor field teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Oversee all aspects of site management, including safety, quality, and compliance
• Coordinate with stakeholders and partners for successful project execution
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development of team members through training and guidance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or engineering sector
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also leading by example
• Possession of a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
